Stone appears to be a nonchalantly cold person. When Cloak and Dagger call him and Alchemax out on the experiments they conduct, specifically on the duo, he claims they should be thanking him for their powers.

- This is the first animated appearance of Tiberius Stone.
- In the Marvel Comics, Stone is the grandfather of Miguel o' Hara, the Spider-Man of the year 2099. While Miguel appears on merchandise ans spin-off products for the show he has never appeared in the series proper.
- In the 616 continuity Stone created Alchemax by combining his funding with Liz Allan's and her son Normie Osborn's inheritance from Oscorp.
