Doctor Octopus and his Sister Five attempt to destroy New York City and brainwash Spider-Man. It's up to Harry to save the day.
Plot[]
Following the incident with the Man-Spiders caused by Jackal and the destruction of Osborn Academy, Norman Osborn graduates Harry and gives him the Hobgoblin armor and equipment. Meanwhile, Spider-Man takes on Doctor Octopus and his Sinister Five before they can brainwash him into turning the group into the Sinister Six and destroy New York City.

- This is the first time in any media that Harry has become Hobgoblin.
- Spider-Man being brainwashed into the Sinister Six is similar to the story arc from the Ultimate Spider-Man comics where Green Goblin black mails him into joining the group.
- The area where Spider-Man fights Vulture is the same place he found out about the wrestling match in Origins. The background is recycled from the same episode and still has the posters advertising Bonesaw Mcgee.
