Stan the Cameraman is a recurring character in Marvel's Spider-Man. He is a cameraman for the Daily Bugle, but it is possible that he was a freelancer. He first appears in the Origin shorts, filming the wrestling matches at the Queens Public Arena. He is a fictionalized version of real life Spider-Man co-creator and former Marvel Comics chairman, Stan Lee.

- This is the second time Stan Lee has had a recurring role in a Spider-Man animated series, following his character Stan the Janitor from Ultimate Spider-Man.
- On various previous shows, Stan Lee would have a cameo appearance in at least one episode.
- When Chris "Doc" Wyatt was asked about Stan Lee's cameos in Season 3 or any of the future Marvel shows he said "Stan's loss was too hard. When he walked in, it was a light turning on. Dark when he was gone. We never even discussed more cameos of Stan without Stan there to voice them."[1]
