Mr. Negative (Real name Martin Li) is a villain and leader of the crime gang the Inner Demons.

Mr. Negative's entire body has the appearance of the negative filter of a film camera. This caused by the nature of his powers.

Molten Man[]
Mr. Negative and Molten Man were fighting over territory in an unnamed location. While the two have aggression towards one another they were able to stop their war to get rid of Spider-Man.
Spider-Man[]
Mr. Negative considers Spider-Man annoying and told him that his feud with Molten Man did not concern him.

Nega-Beams[]
Mr. Negative is able to shoot beams of negative energy (called nega-beams by Regent) as a form of attack. He can also empower objects with these nega-beams to make any weapon stronger.

- This is Mr. Negative's second animated appearance.
- In the Marvel Comics, Mr. Negative is an enemy of Spider-Man, Cloak, Dagger, and Yuri Watanabe.
- While he has no origin in this series, it's possible that the source of his powers could have originated from Alchemax similar to Cloak and Dagger, for this was a similar case in the comics.
- It's possible Mr. Negative was added to the series because of his presence in the unrelated Marvel's Spider-Man video game, which came out the same year season 2 premiered.
- Unlike other media, Mr. Negative isn't associated with homeless shelter F.E.A.S.T.
- His gang, the Inner Demons, are also normal people wearing masks and not individuals corrupted by his powers.
