Medusa (Real Name Medusalith Amaquelin) is an Inhuman and hero contact of the Avengers. She appeared in Vengeance of Venom fighting off Venomized Captain Marvel. Presumably after her battle with the venomized Avenger, she was possessed by a symbiote until Groot was turned into Anti-Venom and restored everyone
