May Parker is a supporting character in Marvel's Spider-Man. She is the Aunt and legal guardian of Peter Parker.

May is an elderly Caucasian woman with grey hair(Brown when she was young) and green eyes.
Personality[]
May is kind and caring. She loved her husband deeply and cares for her nephew as if he was her own son.

Peter Parker[]
Peter is May's nephew who cares for as if he were her own son. She has been there for Peter when he had doubts about attending Horizon and constantly reminds him to do his best. Likewise, Peter cares for May and tries to help her when he can, especially when it comes to their financial problems.
As Spider-Man, May initially feared him, calling him a Spider-Creature when he tried to protect her from Sandman. Later on, possibly sometime before Spider-Island occurred, May began to respect Spider-Man as a hero and appreciated everything he has down for the city.
Ben Parker[]
Ben was May's husband before his death. She mentions that Ben was a good man throughout the series and often tells Peter that he would be proud of him if he were still alive today. Whenever Peter is unsure of how to solve a problem, May would tell him to think about Ben.
Miles Morales[]
Miles has met May at some point. and has her phone number in case of emergencies with Peter. Likewise, Miles has the utmost respect for May.
Gwen Stacy[]
May considers Gwen another good friend of Peter's, saying so when she brought him the assignments he missed after leaving Horizon early to get some sleep.
Mary Jane Watson[]
As the niece of her friend Anna May, May and Mary Jane get along well. May was happy to see that Mary Jane was not put off by Peter's strange behavior when she wanted him to meet her.
Anna May Watson[]
Anna is May's friend and neighbor in the neighborhood they live in.
Moon Knight[]
After reciting Ben's famous motto to Moon Knight, May was able to inspire the hero to see that even during the symbiote invasion there was still something left to fight for.

Trivia[]
- So far, Anya is the only one of Peter's friends to have not been shown interacting with May in a formal situation.
- Similar to the previous series, Ultimate Spider-Man, this version of May Parker, while older, appears to be more youthful and lacks any of the health problems seen in the Marvel Comics and other animated series.
- May's voice actress, Nancy Linari, would go on to portray and be the likeness for her counterpart in Insomniac's Spider-Man game for the PlayStation 4.
