The Mania symbiote is one of the four original klyntar created by Knull and a member of the Symbiote Sisters.
Appearance
As a symbiote
Mania is a black symbiote similar to Venom. However, Mania has six-eyes and the symbol on her chest is more of a wing shape than Venoms. She also has the ability to sprout extra limbs, adding to her spider-like appearance.
In the Secret History of Venom, Mania's hair is less pointy and she only has two eyes.
Host body
At some point Mania bonded to a new host, an alien who has the appearance of a humanoid spider.
Personality
Unlike other symbiotes seen in the series, Mania displays a child-like personality. She constantly repeats words in a sing-song tone when wanting to put emphasis on them.

Despite Venom clearly being more mature than her, he is consider Mania's little brother just as he is to Scream and Scorn.
Scream
Mania is Scream's fellow Symbiote Sister, and follows her commands.
Scorn
Mania is Scorn's fellow Symbiote Sister.
All-Black
Judging by how Mania and her sisters reacted to All-Black's death, they respected and cared about their deceased sister symbiote a lot.
Knull
As Knull's creation, all Mania wanted to do was serve her creator, but he discarded them after using her and her sisters to destroy the Celestials.

Constituent-Matter Manipulation
Mania is shown to shoot her symbiote mass as spikes while fighting Spider-Girl. The spikes might not be as sharp as they look, for Spider-Girl was able to knock a few of them out the way with just her arm.
Limb Expansion
While fighting Spider-Girl, Mania kept trying to land a punch on her by stretching her limbs. Due to Spider-Girl's reflex's, she slammed her fists into the ground and brought them back up to catch Spider-Girl by surprise.
Wall-Crawling
Mania has the ability to crawl on walls. This is because of her symbiote biology, her spider-like host, or both factors.

- This is the animated debut of the Mania symbiote.
- Mania's host is seen briefly after Max Modell destroys the Symbiote Seed.
- Ironically, Mania's current host in Maximum Venom was an alien with the appearance of a humanoid-spider. This is why Mania is constantly seen with two arms and six-arms through the episode.
