Kraven the Hunter is a recurring villain in Marvel's Spider-Man. He is the owner of a reality hunting show called Kraven's Amazing Hunt, where he hunts down his prey and takes them back to his lair to mount them as trophies.
Aside from antagonizing Spider-Man, Kraven has dueled against Black Panther at the request of Erik Killmonger.
Appearance[]
Kraven is a muscular Russian man with thread-locks, a mustache, scars across his body, and face paint across his eyes like a mask. Judging from his eyes has heterochromia.
Personality[]
Kraven thinks of himself as the greatest hunter in the, often boasting the title when having his pray captured. When outsmarted, he lets his anger lead his hunt as seen when Spider-Man and Spy-D outwitted him and Kraven began referring to them as Human-Spiders.
Sometimes Kraven underestimates his opponent when having studied them and they do something he wasn't expecting (Spider-Man, Spy-D, and Black Panther) or because they look physically weak (Anya Corazon).

- This version of Kraven hosts his own TV show, much like his counterpart from the Ultimate Spider-Man comics, in which that version of Kraven was also the host of a TV show, until it was canceled not long after his encounter with Spider-Man.
- Despite being Sergei Kravinoff, this version of Kraven bears a strong resemblance to Alyosha Kravinoff, Sergei's son from the comics who also went by his father's title.
- In Avengers: Black Panther's Quest, Kraven's design is drastically changed due to both shows having a different production team. Despite keeping the face paint and metallic arm, the design is much closer to Sergei's rather than Alyosha.
- Troy Baker, Kraven's voice actor, doesn't growl or slur his words as much in Avengers: Black Panther's Quest.
- In the comics, Kraven is the half-brother of the Chameleon, however, it is unknown if the same holds true for this series.
- It's possible that Kraven was arrested for trespassing on Wakanda's land after Black Panther defeated him due being invited there by Killmonger who does not have power to grant access to the land.
