Tony Stark, aka Iron Man, is the leader the Avengers and a recurring character in Marvel's Spider-Man. He hosts a technology showcase called the Stark Expo where anyone can display their inventions, though many are there to see his new Iron Man suits. He and Spider-Man teamed up to defeat the super villain Ghost, and his words reminded Spider-Man of his morals while the V-252 almost influenced him to kill Ghost. It is hinted that he may be aware of Peter Parker being Spider-Man, which is eventually confirmed in the episode, "A Troubled Mind".

History
Relationships
Peter Parker/Spider-Man
Because of how fondly Max Modell spoke of Peter, Tony believes that he'll become a brilliant scientist one day.
As Spider-Man, Tony initially believed he was there to attack the Stark Expo and was surprised to find out Spider-Man was just a kid from the stories he's heard of him. Tony began to respect him because of his maturity and the strategies he came up with during their fight with Ghost. When Spider-Man used the V-252 to give himself an edge against Ghost, it was Tony who reminded him of who he was and what he stood for that stopped him severely injuring Ghost.
After Peter told Tony how much he weighed in Stark Expo, it appeared that Tony suspected Peter was Spider-Man. In A Troubled Mind it is revealed that Tony figured out Spider-Man was Peter at some point after they met in Stark Expo.
In Maximum Venom, Tony is very proud of Peter doing high Avenger level work. For example, he defeated the World Killer and M.O.D.O.K.
Max Modell
Tony and Max are old friends from before the beginning of the series. Many of Horizon's technology is donated from Tony Stark's company Stark Industries.
Norman Osborn
Tony and Norman appear to share some history, but it is unknown what they personally think of each other.
Ghost
Ghost was a former employee of Tony's who had brilliant ideas, but Tony fired him because he lost sight of the original purpose for those ideas.
Ms. Marvel
As a fellow Avenger and young hero, Tony trusts Ms. Marvel as an ally and enough to send her on solo missions when the other Avengers are not available.
Black Widow
Tony trusts Black Widow as she is a fellow Avenger.
Otto Octavius
While Tony has never been seen interacting with Otto before he became the Superior Spider-Man, he thought Superior Spider-Man was a better and more strategic than the original Spider-Man.
