The Inner Demons are a gang lead by Mr. Negative. They were masks that are grey in color, and use swords that have been energized with Mr. Negative's nega-beams.

- Unlike versions of the group seen in other media, the Inner Demons in Marvel's Spider-Man are not under the control of Mr. Negative's powers and follow him on their own accord.
