Frostbite is a villain who was apprehended at sometime and held in The Cellar. Augustus Roman, as the Regent, used his powers among other villains to apprehend the Avengers.

- In the Marvel Comics, Frostbite has had only two appearances as an enemy of Iron Man.
- Many fans assumed he was a redesigned Blizzard due to the episode preview for Brand New Day having Spider-Man mention him while Regent used an ice attack.
