Crossbones is one of HYDRA's top commanders and frequent enemy of the Avengers. He came into conflict with Spider-Man and Spider-Gwen during the events of Spider-Island. In Goblin War: Part Three it is revealed that Crossbones is also a member of the Goblin Nation, leading a sub-group called the War-Goblins.

Personality[]
Crossbones is very overconfident in himself (as seen by how he refers to himself in the third person) and his abilities. This is what often leads to his downfall, for the times he has battled the Web-Warriors he underestimates their abilities.
