Blizzard is a minor villain in Marvel's Spider-Man. His only appearance has been in Spider-Man on Ice.
Appearance[]
When infused with cryogenic energy, the right side of his hair becomes icy blue and his right eye becomes light blue in color. On his right arm, he dons Harry Osborn's Cryogenic Gauntlet. Blue veins become more visible on his body and ice begins to form on his right arm.

Peter Parker/Spider-Man[]
As a regular citizen, Peter bumped into Macklin which made him get apprehended by the police. However, unknown to Peter, Macklin slipped a diamond he stolen from a jewelry store into his backpack. Later on, Macklin tracked Peter to Q's Cup O' Joes while he and Harry were working on the Cryogenic Gauntlet. Macklin would the diamond and the gauntlet away from the two friends.
Macklin was irritated by Spider-Man constantly finding him (and kicking him) at every location he went to while using the gauntlet.
Hammerhead[]
Hammerhead was Macklin's former boss, though Hammerhead didn't know him too well considering he mispronounced his name every time Macklin was mentioned by his other men. When came back to his house with the diamond Hammerhead was impressed by Macklin, until he decided to keep the diamond in order to become a supervillain.
Harry Osborn[]
Harry was angered by Macklin stealing the Cryogenic Gauntlet from him and Peter, for it was supposed to be a symbol of their friendship and not the rivalry between Osborn Academy and Midtown High. This anger led Harry into attempting to fight Blizzard with his flame sword despite Blizzard having formed enough ice around himself to become a frost giant, and outmatched Harry in strength and size.

Cryokinesis (formerly)[]
While in possession of the cryogenic gauntlet, Macklin could shoot beams of ice and even craft snowballs and snowflake shurikens. Despite the small size of the gauntlet, Macklin was able to cast a blizzard in New York City when the temperature was too hot for that the possible and a frost giant-like armor for himself.

- Blizzard has never fought Spider-Man in the Marvel Comics.
- In the comics and most other media, he is an enemy of Iron Man.
- Throughout Spider-Man on Ice, Macklin's use of the cryogenic gauntlet caused the right side of his body to partially frost over. Given that his right eye and the veins on his right arm turned blue any continued use of the gauntlet could have potentially given him hypothermia.
